Privacy notice

What we collect

The only information you actively give us on this site is what you type into the audit request form on the contact page: your name, business name, email address, and optionally your phone number, city, the service you're interested in, and your message. Name, business, and email are required so we can reply; the rest is optional.

You can also reach us by phone or email instead of using the form. In that case we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation.

Why we collect it

To respond to you, prepare the free AI visibility audit you requested, and follow up about that request. We do not sell your information, and we do not use form submissions to send bulk marketing email.

How a submission is handled

When you submit the form, the details are stored in our website database and a matching lead record is created in our customer relationship manager so we can track the follow-up. Eder Solis reviews requests personally. Only Envisage AI accounts we control can read those records; the private lead dashboard requires a sign-in and is limited to the owner's account.

Service providers who receive it

These are the third parties that actually process information from this site:

• Lovable — hosts this website and the database that stores form submissions.
• Airtable — holds our lead records, so submitted contact details are copied there.
• Search Atlas — a search optimization tool that loads a script in your browser on this site. It works on page content and markup for SEO purposes.
• Email and phone providers — if you email or call us, that provider carries the message in the normal way.

Each provider handles the information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and similar storage

We do not run advertising trackers or an analytics tag that profiles visitors on this site. Our own sign-in area stores a session in your browser, but that only applies to Envisage AI staff logging into the private lead dashboard, not to ordinary visitors. Third-party tools listed above may set their own storage in your browser when their scripts run.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we're in contact with you and for our ordinary business and record-keeping needs after that. If you want your inquiry deleted, ask us and we'll remove it.

Your requests

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email eder@envisage.enterprises and we'll handle it directly.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If our tools or practices change, we'll update this page and the date above.
